What is not included in the cruise price?

Do you provide round-trip transfers from Hanoi?
Yes, shuttle bus and private car services are available upon request (SURCHARGE). Please book in advance to secure your seat.
Are the cabins equipped with private balconies?
Yes, all 18 cabins on Aurora Cruise feature private balconies for uninterrupted views of Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay.
What should I pack for the cruise?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, a hat, insect repellent, and personal medication. Light jackets are advised during the cooler months.
Is Wi-Fi available on board?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available, but the connection may be limited due to the remote nature of the bay.
Are meals suitable for vegetarians or guests with dietary restrictions?
Yes, our restaurant can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and special dietary requests. Please inform us at least 48 hours before departure.
Can children join the cruise?
Absolutely. Children are welcome on board, and child rates are available. However, adult supervision is required at all times.
